- Web page created and uploaded to host;

- Code "cleaned up", and extraneous tags and formatting added by MS FrontPage removed;
- Code converted to the latest version of Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML 1.0 Transitional);
- Created a standard site navigation bar;
- Created a cascading style sheet, to contain all page formatting code;
- Created a standard page template, and applied it to all pages for a consistent look across the site;
- Code validated against the standards of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the international body that recommends standards for the WWW.

Goals for the future:
- Add the following to the Web site

- the Citizen Monitoring sub-committee of the Water Quality Committee;
- the recently formed Wastewater Committee;
- our strategic plan;
- the bylaws;
- the archive of meeting minutes;
- a membership sign-up form;
- a photo gallery, or events page;
- a "News" page, and/or an archive of an email newsletter, to keep members informed of progress and accomplishments between general meetings;

- Ongoing efforts to make our Web page accessible to all Web users, including visitors using older Web browsers and those with disabilities.
